SEKURA SUBPROCESSORS

This page lists the third parties Sekura, Inc. engages to process personal data on behalf of its customers, as referenced in our Privacy Policy and our Data Processing Addendum. We give at least thirty (30) days’ notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor, so you can object on reasonable data-protection grounds.
1. CURRENT SUBPROCESSORS
- Google Cloud Platform — infrastructure hosting and compute (United States). Processes all categories of Customer Data, as hosted.
- Model inference providers — model inference for assessment analysis where Sekura-managed inference is used (United States). Processes the incidental data present in analysed content. Some processing runs on a model Sekura operates itself rather than a third party.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing (United States). Processes billing contact name, email, and payment details.
- Our support and ticketing tooling — customer support (United States). Processes support contact name, email, and correspondence.
- Our error-monitoring provider — platform reliability (United States). Processes technical identifiers and limited log data.
Where a customer supplies its own AI or LLM credentials, that provider is engaged by the customer, not by Sekura, and is not a Sekura subprocessor (DPA §4.5).
2. NOTICE OF CHANGES
We will give at least thirty (30) days’ notice before adding or replacing a subprocessor, by email where you have subscribed to notifications or by updating this page. If you object on reasonable data-protection grounds, we will discuss it in good faith, as set out in the Data Processing Addendum.
